This project is a new steel wastewater emission reduction project to meet the intrinsic requirements of Maanshan Iron & Steel's green production and to fulfill Maanshan Iron & Steel Group's vision of a green city steel plant. The submerged ultrafiltration membrane unit produced by JYT, as an important component of the primary concentration and desalination system, is required to ensure that the treated water reaches the feed requirements of the reverse osmosis device.

The original process of this project is to mix the central water station and circulating sewage water to meet the standard, and then directly discharged into the sea. Our company upgraded the original process according to the requirement of "zero discharge" of wastewater of Ning Steel Company. While the wastewater is deeply treated and reused, the actual running cost of the project is 50% lower than the contracted cost.
