The total investment of the project is about 1 billion yuan, the establishment and implementation of unified heating, unified water supply, unified sewage pre-treatment, unified sludge disposal, unified water reuse "five -" mode. Long-term planning for the establishment of steam supply capacity of about 200 tons / hour cogeneration unit, water supply capacity of 25,000 tons / day for industrial water station, sewage pretreatment station with a capacity of about 50,000 tons / day and supporting 400 tons / day sludge disposal equipment, treatment capacity of about 32,500 tons / day of water reuse system, to achieve the purpose of resource recycling, and to promote the transformation of the modern textile industry in DeanUpgrading, quality and efficiency.
