The membrane concentration system device is one of the spinning wastewater treatment unit devices in the wastewater treatment station of this project of para-aramid fiber wastewater comprehensive treatment project. According to the overall design requirements, its purpose is mainly to spinning wastewater through the membrane treatment device, the fresh water used for sodium carbonate solution preparation, recovery of calcium carbonate cake washing, solvent wastewater dilution and pure water preparation, etc.; membrane concentration of concentrated water using MVR evaporation, to get anhydrous sodium sulfate, sodium sulfate as a by-product of external sales.

System process

This project is a chemical wastewater deep treatment project, the source of wastewater is mainly high ammonia nitrogen, low COD, poor biochemical and difficult to treat chemical wastewater produced in the process of producing polyisocyanate. The system has a high degree of automation, adopts high efficiency and low energy consumption aeration process, and the cost of treating tons of water is lower than that of traditional MBR treatment process. The treated produced water meets the Class I standard of Comprehensive Pollution Emission Standard (GB8978-1996).

The project pretreatment water into the ultrafiltration system, the use of ultrafiltration membrane screening to retain most of the non-dissolved impurities, so that key indicators such as SDI to meet the needs of RO feed water.
