Ningbo Zhenhai District Sanitation Facilities Upgrading and Improvement Project carries out the upgrading and improvement of the leachate treatment system for the four stations under the jurisdiction of Weihai Road Refuse Transfer Station, Zhuangshi Sanitation and Cleaning Center Refuse Transfer Station, Manure Treatment Center Refuse Transfer Station, and Camel Domestic Waste Separation and Transfer Station. Each site is designed for 24h continuous operation, and the main water source is: garbage leachate. After treatment by this system, the effluent water quality implements the Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996) Level 3 standard, in which the ammonia nitrogen reaches the more stringent indicators in the Grade A standard of Sewage Discharge into Urban Sewers (GB/T31962-2015).

System process

The leachate in-situ treatment project is located in Haishu District domestic waste classification transfer station, Jiangbei District domestic waste classification transfer station, Yinzhou District domestic waste classification transfer station and other three domestic waste classification transfer station. The designed daily capacity of in-situ leachate treatment system in Haishu District is 50 tons, the designed daily capacity of in-situ leachate treatment system in Jiangbei District is 60 tons, and the designed daily capacity of in-situ leachate treatment system in Yinzhou District is 75 tons.
