Zhenhai Refining Clean Wastewater Reuse Device was put into operation on August 10, 2010, with a project investment of 12 million yuan and a designed water intake of 200t/h.

This device is technologically advanced, using "air flotation + multi-media filter pretreatment + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis" process, the most critical ultrafiltration membrane pore size of 0.001-0.2 microns, reverse osmosis membrane pore size of 1 nanometers, the precision of 1/60,000 of a hair. Impurities are rejected.

After the filtration of water, purity is much higher than daily drinking water, sent to the circulating water field or power station for boiler water to generate electricity, to reduce sewage discharge, the purpose of turning waste into treasure.

The sewage generated from PTA device is sent to the new sewage treatment station of this project, and after the main process, the reuse water quality meets the water quality requirements of the circulating cooling system make-up water in the "Specification for Wastewater Recycling Engineering Design" (GB50335-2002), and the concentrated water is discharged into the industrial wastewater network of the development zone to the development zone wastewater treatment field.
