Description

The EDI electrodeionization technology is uniquely designed to pass incoming water through a fresh water chamber filled with a regeneratable resin so that impurity ions in the water are adsorbed by the resin, resulting in purified water. And the resin is regenerated without contamination under the action of DC electric field cracking water, so it remains active. And the released impurity ions will move directionally under the action of DC electric field and enter into the concentrated water chamber through ion selective membrane to be taken away by concentrated water. 

Such a purification process continues: purification->regeneration->purification..., to achieve the purpose of continuous production of high purity water.

1. Equipment water intake requirements:

Reverse osmosis RO produced water with conductivity less than 20μs/cm.

pH value: 7.5-9

Temperature: 15℃--35℃

Inlet pressure (DIN): 0.15-0.4MPa

Inlet water hardness: <1.0ppm (in terms of CaCO) (recommended 0 5ppm or less)

Inlet water organic matter: TOC <0.5ppm

Silicon in water: SiO2<0.5ppm

Inlet water total CO2: <3ppm

Inlet water granularity: <1μm
